Our technical work, helping clients to tackle global challenges, spans the thematic areas of justice; including just and equitable transitions of economies to low-carbon; equity, including financial and social equity; diversity, including gender, youth and race; and inclusion, including the financial and economic inclusion of marginalised and historically excluded communities (e.g., women, youth, refugees). 

 Our approach is constantly evolving and is grounded in continuous learning and intentional unlearning. We actively confront biases, champion gender- and equity-transformation, and collaborate closely with partners who share these commitments. Guided by the expertise of our partners in the Global Majority and within the communities in which our work is focused, we hold ourselves accountable to modelling inclusion and equitable practices in every aspect our work.
