The team reviewed a series of core documents and supplemented data collection by conducting interviews with internal Scottish Government interviewees and external interviews.
The impact assessment adopted a risk matrix led approach using a combination of impact and likelihood, providing the Scottish Government with a list of identified near term risks for 2022, and later risks for 2023-2026. The assessment identified six critical risks that required mitigating action. The report proposed several mitigating actions to place the CJF in the best place for the 2022 re-launch.
