Review of DFID’s approach to its formal and informal internal networks

The work was commissioned by the DFID Business Transformation Unit to briefly review DFID’s approach to its formal and informal internal networks,  as part of building the organisation’s Knowledge Management capacity.

It reviewed DFID’s approach to managing networks, made suggestions on what types of networks exist, identified what inhibitted effective performance of networks, and made recommendations on the way forward.
