International Initiative for Impact Evaluation
Agulhas were invited to supply core briefing to the lead author of the paper prepared by CGD building the case for the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation. (3IE).
This major initiative is being launched by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation with support from DFID and the World Bank.
Agulhas supplied core briefing at the beginning of the learning process for CGD on the international architecture for lesson learning and evaluation supported by the donor and NGO communities. Agulhas then contributed to the expert group formed to guide the process of development of this idea.
