Value for Money Assessments and Programme Evaluation.
The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) was launched by President Clinton in 2002 with the aim of increasing access to treatment for those living with HIV/AIDS and strengthening health systems. Agulhas was contracted by ITAD that was leading the evaluation, for its expertise in Value for Money assessments and in programme evaluation.
