The Development Effectiveness Reviews are a series of publications that examine the contribution of the African Development Bank (AfDB) to Africa’s development. Agulhas was contracted by the AfDB to deliver this review that assessed AfDB’s contribution to the energy sector, including how well was the Bank managing its energy portfolio and how efficient was the Bank in supporting its energy operations.
