The Study of long-term development trends and challenges in Tonga
The study explored political traditions and institutions, long-term development trends and challenges, and options for constitutional reform.
It was used both for the development of the AUSAID country programme in Tonga and also as a basis for dialogue and engagement on political reform with Tongan society.
