Review of African Development Bank’s development assistance in Rwanda
Agulhas was contracted to prepare the Rwanda Development Effectiveness Review. This Review was a new type of publication for the African Development Bank. It examines the development challenges facing a particular country and reviews the Bank’s contribution to addressing them.
