External Evaluation of the Multi-Donor Governance Trust Fund
The Multi-Donor Governance Trust Fund was established for a total period of 5 years and was designed to support transitioning countries. Agulhas was contracted by the African Development Bank (AfDB) to perform an evaluation of the fund’s operations. The fund focused on: strengthening governance, fostering economic and social inclusion, creating jobs, supporting private-sector led growth and, advancing regional and global integration.
