Agulhas was invited by the Commonwealth Foundation to undertake a review of the the 2005-2008 Strategic Plan, submitting a report to the Executive Committee to the Board of Governors.
To assist with developing the Vision for the next Strategic Plan with a Visioning workshop for the entire staff and summary document.
Also to undertake an organisational development review of the organisation, including a health check and recommendations for any changes in structure and roles.
