Agulhas have contributed to creation of Annual Development Effectiveness Review, which is the first comprehensive report on the performance of the African Development Bank. It reviews development trends across the continent, and explores how the Bank’s operations have contributed to Africa’s development results. It also looks at how effectively Bank manages operations and organisation.
