Evangelia leads Agulhas’ efforts to integrate AI and advanced digital tools responsibly and meaningfully into its projects and operations. She works closely with Agulhas colleagues, partners, and clients to:
- Institute workflows that leverage generative AI, data visualisation, and automation to enhance productivity and thinking.
- Enhance AI/digital skills and literacy.
- Develop policies that reflect Agulhas’ values, address project needs, and align with client priorities.
A social scientist by training and MEL expert by experience, Evangelia has a long-standing interest in digitally enabled, distributed collaboration rooted in her PhD thesis, which explored how open-source software developers collaborate. She remains fascinated by research methodologies and innovative ways of presenting evidence. She holds a PhD and MSc in new media from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
